The E-ON Center
Completed in 1989 as the headquarters for Louisville Gas & Electric Company (LGE), E.ON U.S. Center is a stunning 23-story office building and one of the most prominent office towers in Louisville. The 287,990 rentable square foot building is a granite-clad building offering dramatic views of downtown Louisville and the Ohio River from its location at the corner of Main and Third Streets, adjacent to the Kentucky International Convention Center. It is conveniently located to highways I-64 and I-71, providing easy access to the suburbs. The international airport is 15 minutes away. Numerous amenities, including entertainment attractions, sporting venues, and riverfront parks, are nearby. The building has a 465-space, seven-story parking garage located adjacent to the building with a covered walkway linking the two. Aside from the spectacular views of the city and the Ohio River, the building offers its tenants a serene setting of walled flower gardens and shade trees in the building plaza. Other amenities include a gourmet restaurant and an ATM machine.
